Deputy Service Manager for the Financial Support Line - Eastbourne office

This role leads on the delivery of our successful Financial Support Line (FSL) for victim-survivors of domestic abuse and is part of our Centre of Excellence for Debt and Economic Abuse Service (CEDEAS).
The Financial Support Line provides one-off support and guidance to victims of domestic and economic abuse who are struggling to manage their money. It provides a safe space for the victim-survivor to discuss their financial situation and allow them to prioritise issues and move forward with economic safety. You will be leading the team delivering this service, providing line management support and direction. You will work with the Service Manager to develop the service, and will lead on training for our external stakeholders on use of the Economic Abuse Evidence Form and associated issues.

Job details
- Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex (hybrid: home/office options)
- Hours: 21 hours per week
- Salary: £37,938 to £39,513 gross pa pro-rata (£22,762 to £23,707 actual for 21 hours)
- Contract: Fixed term to 31st March 2028

Administrator and Casework Assistant for the Financial Support Line and Casework Service – Eastbourne office

This role supports the delivery of our successful Financial Support Line (FSL) and Casework Service for victim-survivors of domestic abuse and is part of our Centre of Excellence for Debt and Economic Abuse Service (CEDEAS).
The Administrator and Casework Assistant is crucial to the operation of this service. You will be a welcoming voice and initial point of contact for clients and referrers, providing information about our services, taking relevant details about their situation, booking and managing appointments, and walking clients through our data protection procedures. You will provide vital support to the casework team by helping to progress clients’ cases through to a sustainable outcome.
